The main idea behind this social philosophy is the concept of the “SELF”. The reality, which we perceive in life, is a projection of this “Self”, which can be conceived as existing in three stages: 1) Conditioned Self, 2) Universal Self, and 3) Cosmic Self. Environment, heredity, social cultural frames around individual life, and choices of actions and responses arising from one`s conditions, become the source of the “Conditioned Self”. It is conditioned by the nature of the physical world and its laws, and becomes the primary foundation of the “will” to exist. Besides the will to survive and live, the desire to experience love and beauty, peace and harmony, and seek freedom and meaning of life are some other urges we bear. They constitute the nature of the “Universal Self”. The realm of higher consciousness, which is rooted in the principles by which universe organizes itself, constitutes the foundation of reality which is not bound to earthly experiences. The higher mind, which we call the “Cosmic Mind”, is the originator of these cosmic principles. By existing in the cosmos, we all partake in this higher self, called “Cosmic Self”. Enlightened social order is based on the vision of a “higher life”, and meaning of life in making journey towards the “realm of light”. Such society will guide all human beings towards the path of transcendence, and protect humanity from the drag of the forces which may make the society captive of the unenlightened minds. It is a movement of freedom of the mind, from “darkness” to “light”-
So, instead of making views and visions of everybody, who enjoy different stages of evolution of the mind, as the foundation of building the society, the enlightened social order focuses on the goal of seeking activities of life, which will bring higher evolution of mankind. This higher evolution means transcending the bondage of the physical world and the law-
Thus, the enlightened social order seeks to overcome the ignorance and narrow interests of the people who compete with each other for power, wealth and resources. Instead, it wishes to guide mankind with ideas and views which may bring them out of the world bound to primitive drag of instincts. By this way, it desires to forge a universal ground for social evolution which would be applicable to all in the same way among all cultures, people and races. The enlightened order would be the universal ground where all human beings will meet as equals with the aim of creating peace and harmony, which are based on the power of love and compassion for all life.
It can be only achieved by submitting one`s “conditioned will” to “universal will” and “cosmic will, “and acting as the agents of the higher power of life. By accepting the foundation of values and visions, which are the basis of the enlightened order, one will share with all the “greater will” to move together along a higher path of evolution.
In this enlightened social system mankind will experience freedom from needs of survival, and at the same time will be able to engage in activities pertaining to higher needs of the mind. It will help to elevate activities from the arena of competitions, wars and conflicts to the realm of creativity which may bring higher evolution.
In summary, it is not any democracy in the form we know it today. Instead, it professes the idea of “enlightened democracy”. The universal values and visions are pivotal to such “higher democracy”, where people may participate in the social evolution by possessing knowledge, information and awareness of the state of things existing around, and the possibilities of progress for oneself and the whole of mankind.

- Teach everybody about the “enlightened way”
- Create conditions for all to pursue “enlightened living”
- Nourish developments which will secure the emergence of “enlightened man/woman” in the future
- Guide all to participate in a “higher social evolution”
